Shipping and Delivery
We want receiving your Playful Comforts order to feel as calm and effortless as our clothes. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we pack, send, and deliver your pieces - with care, every step of the way.
Order Processing
We do our best to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way. During busy times (like launches or sales), it may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience while we pack your order with care.
New Zealand Delivery
Delivery Timing: 1-3 working days*
Orders over NZ$100: Complimentary shipping.
Orders under NZ$100: Courier NZ$9 (or NZ$15 for rural).
*Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched. Rural areas may take a little longer.
Parcels are sent with authority to leave for convenience, unless you prefer signature required - just let us know at checkout.
Australia Delivery
Delivery Timing: 4-8 working days*
Orders over NZ$300: Complimentary shipping.
Orders under NZ$300: NZ$22 (or NZ$30 for rural).
*Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched. Rural areas may take a little longer.
Parcels are sent with authority to leave for convenience, unless you prefer signature required - just let us know at checkout.
International Delivery
At this stage, we currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only. We hope to open international delivery soon. If you’d love Playful Comforts to reach your country next, we’d truly love to know- please email us at victoria@playfulcomforts.com and tell us where you’re based.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey home. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s tracking page to update. If your parcel seems delayed, please get in touch within 30 days of dispatch, and we’ll look into it with the courier.
Changes & Address Updates
If you realise you’ve made an error or need to update your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we’re unable to make changes.
Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered (for example, an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel), we’ll contact you. You can choose to have it re-sent (at your cost) or refunded, minus the original shipping fee.
A Note on Delays
Very occasionally, things happen outside our control — courier delays, weather disruptions, or customs holds. If this occurs, we’ll do our best to keep you updated and to make it right as soon as possible.
